You will need to pay the transport and will be reimbursed by the organiser against the receipt that you need to present. In Jeonju you will be picked-up and transferred to the hotel. Please notify the organiser about which bus you are in by SMS to our partner sooyong Kim: +82-10-6763-5205.

 

The return trip to Incheon Airport will be organised by bus and you will be informed about your departure on site.

2 double rooms/including breakfast for 2 nights are for free for each team. The rooms can not be accumulated. The extra rooms/nights need to be booked through the organiser. Please send your information asap.

Breakfast is offered at the hotel. The Jeonju Organizer will support you with 5’000 KRW for each meal (lunch Saturday and Sunday).

Please check if you need a visa to enter the country and come back to us in case you need support.

Additional Comments of the Organizers

 

1.     If you have any question and help, please come to the office. (White tourist hotel)

2.     We need to make a photocopy of your passport. The photocopy of your passport is only used as a documentary evidence for the tax deduction on prize money.

3.     We need to take a photo for media.

4.     Each country has different tax rates. So, the tax deduction rate for the prize money depends on each winner’s nationality.

5.     There is a strict rule for displaying the number. The number must be on the right side of the helmet and thigh, and the center of your backside. Any change on the number slip is not allowed. Even though you are the winner of the race, you will be excluded if there is any change on the slip.
