This application for a World Inline Cup License has to be filled in, completed with the necessary documents, and submitted to the World Inline Cup Organization in due time and can not be accepted before the registration fee of EUR 100 has been paid to the World Inline Cup Organization. Please note that all team members need to be duly licensed World Inline Cup athletes. After sending the form there will be the opportunity to do an online payment by PayPal.

Athletes Profiles -> Completely filled in and signed by the athletes
Photos -> Actual pictures of the team in high resolution: JPG, RGB, 300dpi
