With just 22 days to go, the Local Organising Committee of the fifth race of the current season in Harbin, China and  the WIC organisational team are finalising the preparations for the big day on 15th of July.

On the other hand inline speed skaters from around a dozen countries are getting ready for the race on the promenade on the banks of the Songhua River in Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province. Registrations are still possible until 30th of June via this link.
